01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the GT99 app platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of GT99 app, including visitors who browse the platform without registering and registered players who place bets.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one GT99 app account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. GT99 app uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering on GT99 app, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Deposits are credited to your GT99 app wallet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. GT99 app is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network issues outside of our control.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• GT99 app does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering within 12 months of the last account activity may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in Section 9.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on GT99 app are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. You may withdraw to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during normal operating hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name. GT99 app will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before your first withdrawal, GT99 app may require identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment account ownership.
• GT99 app reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 48 hours if additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Withdrawals requested during system maintenance windows may be delayed. GT99 app will notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where possible.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

GT99 app offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. Where there is a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

• All bonuses on GT99 app are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account along with any winnings derived from them.
• GT99 app reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was issued.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• GT99 app reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any form of bonus abuse.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on GT99 app use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified. The published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game reflect the actual, live configuration of that game on GT99 app. GT99 app does not operate different RTP configurations for different player segments.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your GT99 app wallet balance. GT99 app is not liable for any losses resulting from technical faults beyond our reasonable control.

• Game results displayed on your screen are final once a round is completed. GT99 app does not reverse completed game outcomes except in cases of verified technical error.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. This includes but is not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, and exploit techniques.
• GT99 app reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a game outcome was influenced by technical exploitation or collusion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GT99 app. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on GT99 app.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using GT99 app for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate GT99 app transaction through your payment provider.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the GT99 app platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to GT99 app support immediately.
• Colluding with other players or GT99 app staff to manipulate game outcomes.

• Using GT99 app if you are a minor or if you are acting on behalf of a minor.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

GT99 app reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these terms. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation, GT99 app may freeze the account and withhold funds pending investigation.

Players may also request the closure of their own GT99 app account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment account within 5 business days.

10 Responsible Gaming

The updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.
